Lightingworks is the net-based retail trading arm of Albioncourt Limited, whose head office is at The Idea Works in Gillingham, Dorset.

Albioncourt Limited was formed in 1993 as a lighting goods manufacturer. In the early years many of the designs had a distinctly oriental feel, defined by the overall shape and with use of oriental handmade papers. Designs soon took on a 1960's Retro look with the introduction of Tube & Drum shapes. These are still very much at the core of our ranges.

The company manufactures lighting for the following sectors: specialist lighting retailers, contemporary furniture shops, department stores, designer brands, mail order houses, interior designers, architectural specifiers, lighting designers and the hospitality trade.

We individually test every single lamp produced, thus ensuring each lamp is in full and safe working order.
All our lampshades comply with the BS regulations and carry a maximum wattage label.
